Bill Payment Options

man entering credit card info on laptopWe have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill. We DO NOT accept payments through DOXO - only through MyAccount, which will be available on this website as of June 13, 2023.

Pay Online, Mobile Device or by Telephone

Pay online, at MyAccount on the homepage of the Water and Light's website.  Click on the blue box at the top right corner called "MyAccount", create an account - Enter your name exactly as it is on your bill, along with your account number - with a dash and not a period.  (example:  1234-56)  By using MyAccount, you can pay your current bill, set up recurring payments and see graphs of usage monthly.  

To pay by phone, call 1-877-885-7968. Please have your bill available so you can provide your account number.  Payments made through MyAccount will be processed by Payment Service Network (PSN).

*Paying by check or savings and viewing your balance due are FREE services. Convenience fees apply for credit/debit card payments:3.0% (plus $.50 if under $100)

Please include the payment stub of the bill to assure that your account is properly credited.

Pay in Person

During normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm) customers can make payments at our office, located
at 507 19th St, Brodhead WI. After business hours, payments can be dropped off in the night deposit box located at our
office outside of the main entrance.

Other Payment Locations

As an additional convenience, payments are accepted at The Bank of Brodhead and the Bank of New Glarus, located in Brodhead WI.
